One man civil disobedient Peter Till, aka Rock to us, is off to court again in Brisbane.

Rock recently was jailed for a month in Grafton, for refusing to accept that the court had the authority to stop him smoking pot.

Now he goes to court again after his previous court case, where he brought in a marijuana plant as evidence.

Rock will be representing himself again. He will be pleading 'not guilty', due to medical, religious & political reasons, he said yesterday.

He said he had a message for Nimbinites, which was 'Peace be with you.'

Last week saw the death of a well known Nimbinite, Sol.

Listeners may remember Sol who was often at the Oasis Café, & played the guitar. Sol died in Lismore, while he was undergoing kidney dialysis.

A service will be held for Sol on Thursday morning (12/4) at the Lismore Crematorium.

For those that cannot make the service a wake will be held, later at the Oasis Café at 2pm.
